Summary
We are looking to expand our central function with a new role to support the growth of the organisation. We are an Apprenticeship provider ourselves, so can guarantee you that we are looking to give you all the exposure to all areas of the organisation, with a focus on HR, to allow you to identify a specialist area moving forward.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- HR Support for Personnel Records/1-2-1 filing etc.
- Holiday/Sickness logging and monitoring
- Single Central Register Maintenance
- DBS/Reference Requests
- Liaising with IT for new laptops etc.
- Lead Invigilator for exams
- Policy/Document Form Management
