Summary
Beal High School (part of the Beacon Multi-Academy Trust) are looking for a Business Administration apprentice to work within the NELTA (teacher training) department. You will undertake a range of administrative duties to support the department to deliver a consistent, high quality, integrated and seamless service.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
General Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Provide administrative support to the department.
- To understand the nature of the role and maintain confidentiality.
- Contribute to the successful achievement of team plans by undertaking administration work efficiently and reporting on progress until complete.
- Assist with printing, scanning and filing of all types of personnel documents.
- Liaising with relevant staff across the Trust.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail.
- To support the administration and co-ordination of the academy's CPD and NELTA ITT training, events, meetings and the NELTA calendar.
- Maintain trainee records from selection to programme completion including enrolment checks.
- Track and monitor applications to training courses and qualifications.
- Support accurate maintenance of course data and vacancies.

GCSE in:
- English (grade Grade 4 - 9 (A* - C))
- Maths (grade Grade 4 - 9 (A* - C))
