Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

Escalating and handling issues while answering customer queries over the phone 
Connecting a wide range of devices such as, third-party devices, networks including printers, labels printers and Brainboxes Ethernet
Analysing network traffic via WireShark
Install a wide variety of operating systems on computers, both Windows client and servers, as well as several Linux distributions
