Summary
Early Years Specialist Apprentice Level 3 is required. You will be supported by an assessor throughout the apprenticeship, as well as a mentor within the nursery. Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

Your training plan
- Level 3 - Advanced Diploma Early Years Educator - your apprenticeship will last for 14 months
- You will be supported by an assessor throughout your apprenticeship, as well as a mentor within the nursery
- This apprenticeship includes a Paediatric First Aid qualification
- You will need to attend online training with your Assessor for 1 day a week for the first 8 weeks of your 14-month apprenticeship, for your classroom-based learning and you will be working within the nursery for the rest of the time with the support of your dedicated childcare assessor

Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- Maths & English (grade C/4 or above)
