Summary
Beacon Academy Trust are currently seeking to appoint an Admin Apprentice for Busy Beacons Nursery to undertake a range of administrative duties to support the Busy Beacons Nursery to provide high quality childcare, within a positive, safe and happy environment.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- 36 hours per week, 44.8 weeks per year
- Provide administrative support to the Busy Beacons Nursery To demonstrate a high level of professionalism when carrying out your work
- Contribute to the successful achievement of team plans by undertaking administration work efficiently and reporting on progress until complete
- To understand the nature of the role and maintain confidentiality
- Assist with printing, scanning and filing of all types of documents
- Liaising with relevant staff across the Trust Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail
- Contribute to the successful achievement of team plans by undertaking administration work efficiently and reporting on progress until complete Resolving queries from parents and staff promptly and professionally
- Creating a welcoming environment for parents, children, and visitors. Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies.
