Summary
We are looking for an apprentice to work within the office environment, which is busy and fast paced. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is confident, fast learning and ideally has an interest in gaining experience across a variety of functions, but especially Health & Safety.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
· Taking incoming calls and making outgoing calls to employees and external companies
· Obtaining information from suppliers – for example a cost of a training course, available dates etc
· Data input – various information across departments
· Checking the data base for upcoming actions required
· Taking notes
· Scanning and saving in relevant folders
· Matching documents and filing
· Assisting in conducting site checks, such as if fire extinguishers around the building
· Performing high standards of work following ISO procedures
