Summary
This position is varied. The role will be administrative support to staff members to ensure functionality and consistency in the organisation. In supporting the company’s sales admin department the applicant will be assisting in multiple initiatives.

Apprenticeship wage will increase after 12 months on programme to the national minimum wage for the age.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Answering the phone
- Sending out contracts & other documentation to clients
- Use of CRM system to create Rightmove adverts
- Auditing sales files
- Assisting in organising diaries
- General admin duties, filing, scanning etcManaging multiple inboxes

- Training and delivery for the programme is remote via Teams and an online learning platform.
- You can expect to attend a minimum of 3 sessions per month to support the off-the-job learning, in addition to the completion of apprenticeship work.

Desirable qualifications
A Level in:
- Any (grade E or above)
- Any (grade Pass or above)
