Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
You will have the opportunity to experience different placements working in the lines of service which support the BAE businesses. You will learn how to:
• Deliver your responsibilities efficiently and with integrity
• Work well within a team
• Demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Conduct stakeholder management
• Problem-solve
• Develop your organisational skills
• Incorporate project management skills
• Support the group export control team, including assurance, investigations and reporting

- 5 GCSEs inc Maths & English (grade A*-C or 9-4 (or equivalent))
