Colewood Digital are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Advertising Marketing Apprentice to join their dynamic Paid team. This apprenticeship is an opportunity to gain hands on experience with paid advertising campaigns, including those on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
As an apprentice, you'll support the Paid Advertising team with campaign creation, monitoring, analysis, and optimisation while learning essential skills to grow a successful career in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, execution, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Amazon, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies
- Help monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, including metrics like click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Support the creation of ad copy, visuals, and landing page suggestions to maximise campaign effectiveness
- Provide input and fresh ideas for ongoing campaign testing and scaling initiatives
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align campaigns with overall marketing and business goals
- Communicating with clients via email and providing clients clear and precise updates via reporting
- Create paid advertising campaigns across various platforms
