Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Supporting with behaviour management
- Assisting with structured and agreed class activities
- Assisting with the supervision of students
- Supporting students with their learning and development
- Preparing the classroom as directed for lessons
- Preparing equipment/resources as directed
- Assisting to undertake student record keeping

- Priory Apprenticeships to support coursework assignments and observations, ensuring that all deadlines are met

- Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- Teaching Assistant workshops located in Lincoln, typically held once a month
