Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIN), networking events, and referrals
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for specific roles
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status, offer guidance, and address any concerns or questions
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to effectively advise candidates and clients
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organising documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
