Summary
An exciting opportunity to join a highly successful vehicle repairs business. We are a busy workshop with multiple telephone and walk in customer queries throughout the day. You will be handling administration duties as well as all general office work. This role would ideally suit someone who holds strong organisational and communication skills.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Welcoming customers and booking them in
- Answering phones
- Providing office support including customer support
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Interacting with customers and suppliers either on the phone or in person
- Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
- Communicating with suppliers and vendors
- Invoicing
- Building relationships with customers
- Sending emails
- Collecting and sorting post
- Scheduling appointments
- Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
