Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Checking the integrity of data to ensure processes are being followed correctly across the business
- Liase with branch managers where appropriate
- Administrative tasks, such as Supplier statement reconciliations, invoice input and responding to emails
- Deal with invoice queries
- Covering annual leave for others
- Carrying out tasks as required by more senior members of the team

- Apprentices will attend college weekly for formal lessons, they will also be visited in the workplace by an assigned instructor-mentor who will complete observations and professional discussions and discuss progress.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 4/C or above)
- Maths (grade 4/C or above)
