Summary
We are looking to take on an apprentice who can work in a busy nursery setting, joining a team who are super passionate about outdoor learning & inspiring our children. You need to be reliable, enthusiastic, motivated, organised, display good communication skills, able to work in a team, passionate to work with children in the Early Years, caring.

Potential for moving you from an apprentice wage to living wage for your age when 25% complete on your qualification! This can be within 3-4 months!

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- To support the delivery of an appropriate play based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that enables children to make individual progress
- To understand and work to all nursery policies and procedures and statutory guidance, to help ensure the nursery meets Ofsted requirements at all times
- To provide a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors, at all times for the children

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

- Training will include paediatric first aid qualification
- Day release once a month, work-based learning
- TLC, Pool, Redruth and in the workplace

- Giving you designated paid time each week (20% of your contracted hours) to support the completion of your training
- Ensuring you have an assessor who you have a strong relationship with to enable you to progress
- Guiding and teaching you how to be an Early Years Educator!

GCSE in:
