Summary
We are looking for a paralegal to work at a dynamic, boutique criminal defence and extradition law firm. You will as part of your position draft written applications for bail, bad character submissions, and letters of representation.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Brief counsel, instruct experts, and conduct client conferences to prepare thoroughly for trial
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and court directions are adhered to
- Representing clients during police station interview providing invaluable legal advice
- Attending Prisons to conduct client conferences

- As a Paralegal Apprentice with BPP, you will complete the Paralegal Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship
- Additional learning within the apprenticeship will enable you to be awarded a Level 4 Certificate of Higher Education in Legal Services which can afford you exemptions from the first two years of the Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship
- Your apprenticeship shall be delivered by online training from and on-the-job learning
