Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

We are looking for a Trade Supplier Apprentice to develop their career with support from our dedicated team.

During your apprenticeship you will be:

  • Serving customers over the counter
  • Dealing with customers via the phone
  • Picking orders from the warehouse
  • Booking in deliveries, putting goods away, keeping the whole branch tidy
  • Working as part of a tightly knit team to ensure that the branch runs efficiently and effectively

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (08:30 to 17:00 with ½ hour unpaid lunch break).

Starting salary of £10,982.40 per annum.

    YESS Electrical will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day

    If successful, you will complete a Level 2 Trade Supplier apprenticeship programme, delivered through YESSS Electricals' dedicated training provider, Realise.

    This includes:

    • Trade Supplier level 2 apprenticeship standard
    • Functional Skills (maths, English and ICT) if required
    • Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
    • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
