You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a IT systems and Networking - Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship. Duties will include Rotate between IT Service and IT Project Delivery roles every 6 months.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Manage service tickets, ensuring resolution within SLA
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting IT-related issues
- Assist in implementing IT projects as part of the PMO team
- Conduct cyber security awareness campaigns and phishing tests
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure data compliance
- Collaborate with the tech team to enhance IT policies
- Participate in training sessions to develop IT skills

QA’s Azure Cloud Support Specialist Level 3 apprenticeship programme enables the apprentice to:
- Learn on-premise and cloud-enabled technologies and services
- Learn technical content that aligns to and is relevant to employers and the market
- Gain an Azure Fundamentals Qualification and a Microsoft 365 fundamentals qualification
- Get an introduction to Windows, Linux and PowerShell
Tools and technologies learned: Learners will learn to use Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, AWS, Linux, PowerShell.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- any 3 subjects (grade 4+ (A*-C))
- Maths & English (grade (D or above))
