Summary
A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join a friendly GP Practice as a business administration apprentice. While working towards your Level 3 in Business Administration, your duties will include managing practice appointments, processing repeat prescriptions all while you provide a high level of service to patients.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Assisting with fast tracking referrals
- Assisting with medical records
- Making appointments on the system, by processing appointment requests for today, future appointments from patients on person and on the telephone
- Arranging meetings with internal and external colleagues
- Arranging referrals
- Chasing queries that come in from clinicians
- Any other duties in line with the job role
