We are excited to announce our Adult Support Worker Apprenticeship positions across Dudley, Walsall and Wolverhampton, offering you a unique opportunity to train and qualify as a Support Worker. You will undertake a programme of learning through work experience, academic study and assessed work placements.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Work alongside experienced health professionals, social workers to support adults with needs for care and support and their families
- Assist in day to day care
- Build meaningful relationships with adults and their families and carers
- Regularly attend teaching sessions, workshops, tutorials to develop your skills and knowledge

Through the apprenticeship programme you will gain experience of social work services within the adult care sector, developing a full range of care work values, knowledge and skills that are required to improve the lives of those we support. The role requires you to be mobile throughout a wide operational area including travelling around either Walsall, Wolverhampton or Dudley.
