Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Assist with the preparation and processing of mortgage applications
- Maintain accurate and organised client records and documentation
- Conduct initial client assessments to gather necessary financial information
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth processing of applications
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering queries and providing updates on application status
- Support senior brokers with research and analysis of mortgage products
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices

The Financial Services Administrator apprenticeship is ideal for learners beginning an entry level role in the financial sector.
As an entry level role, this apprenticeship provides the foundation knowledge, skills and experience for progression along a number of career paths.

Professional Qualifications:
- CeMAP1 - awarded by London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF)
- Completion of CeMAP1 will provide a solid foundation for the learner and can lead on to progression to study in other areas

GCSE or equivalent in:
- 5 subjects including maths and english (grade 4 or above)
