We are seeking a motivated and organised Personal Assistant (PA) Apprentice to support the day-to-day operations of the director’s office. Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
What you will do in your working day
Diary Management
- Organise and maintain the directors’ diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Ensure that all appointments and deadlines are met by prioritizing tasks and managing competing priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, including venue bookings, preparation of agendas, and relevant documentation.
- Manage any changes to schedules, ensuring all parties are kept informed.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the directors, including handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Assist with filing, document management, and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Meeting and Travel Arrangements
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including accommodation and transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements run smoothly.
Communication Management
- Act as a first point of contact, dealing with incoming communications and ensuring that relevant information is passed on to the directors in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Project Support
- Assist in project coordination, tracking timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support with personal tasks as required.
