Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The successful applicant will carry out the below duties:
- Monitoring email inboxes and saving purchase invoice attachments into our Teams software
- Keeping client contact details up to date on our Teams System
- Taking incoming telephone calls and taking messages

Training will be provided through a hybrid mixture of off-site delivery at our training provider on a "day release" basis and on-site support and assessment.
Apprentices will need to attend SBC Training in Shrewsbury for part of their development.
