Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide menu recommendations. Ensure customers feel welcome and satisfied throughout their visit.
- Food Service: Serve food and beverages quickly and accurately. Handle food and drinks with care, following all health and safety standards.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas, counters, and restrooms. Assist with cleaning duties before, during, and after service hours.
- Teamwork: Work closely with your fellow team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Help with various tasks as needed to keep things running efficiently.
- Cash Handling: Process payments accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with care.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns or special requests promptly and with a positive attitude. Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during service.

The Apprentice will work towards achieving Customer service practitioner Level 2.
The Apprentice will train in the workplace and will receive one-to-one training and tutor visits every 4-6 weeks.

GCSE in:

- Maths (grade A*-C or 9-4)
