The apprentice will take part in duties such as; assisting senior chefs in preparing, cooking, and presenting food. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop new skills whilst gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Assist senior chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Ensure ingredients are properly prepped, washed, and ready for use
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety standards
- Help with stock rotation, inventory checks, and ensuring ingredients are fresh
- Follow recipes and assist in creating dishes according to menu standards
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and maintain hygiene standards at all times
- Learn and develop new skills from senior chefs to grow within the team
- Assist with daily kitchen operations and tasks as assigned
