Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Reception daily duties
- Administration daily duties
- Finance duties
- Use of Excel and Word
- Telephone and emailing
- Invoicing
- Updating spreadsheets
- Booking jobs in and out of stores
- Sorting sick notes, holidays forms, pay slips
- Updating clocking in/out system
- Sorting of letters
- Helping with purchasing
- Controlling stationery and PPE
- Filing
- Organising transport with external carriers
- Downloading reports to update
- Invoicing daily within time constraints
- Raising despatch paperwork
