Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Answering the phone
- Creating and assisting with the creation of documents including customer agreements and health and safety documents
- Assisting with H&S accreditation renewals
- Booking hotels
- Tracking projects and ensuring all subtasks are complete on time
- Contacting customers and the other stakeholders involved in projects to book appointments, communicate key information and obtain information required
- Performing administrative duties in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Making updates to our website
- Contributing to the improvement of internal processes as our team grows
