Summary
As an Apprentice this role will carry out day to day administration tasks to help the delivery of our service to clients. Dealing with client queries, updating accounts and supporting colleagues.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support team against KPIs
• Carry out tasks required to facilitate our service offerings
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders via email and telephony
• Provide support for field agents on the day or in advance of visits
• Liaise with 3rd party contacts and book/cancel resource
• Carry out quality checks on accounts visited by the field team
• General office administration tasks/requirements
• Package new field agent kits for postage
