We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join our Pricing Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop essential skills in business administration, pricing analysis, and sales support within the automotive leasing sector.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Duties will include:
- Use Excel to manage and update pricing spreadsheets, converting funder ratebooks into usable formats for our internal systems
- Download, interpret, and transfer data from funder ratebooks, ensuring that all rates are accurate and up-to-date
- Cross-check prices using funder websites, ensuring all data on ratebooks is correct before they are uploaded or distributed
- Upload correct pricing data to the website
- Delete or adjust outdated or incorrect rates as needed
- Mark special rates (in-stock, pre-current, latest offer, and coming soon) to keep offers relevant and timely
- Coordinate with funders to manage special leasing deals, uploading them promptly to the website and ensuring they are featured correctly
- Work closely with the sales team to adjust rates as required, providing them with accurate pricing information to support customer inquiries and deals

Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- English (grade 4 / C or above)
