We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice to join a vibrant flower shop in Thorpe Bay. In this role, you'll be the heart of their customer experience, helping people find the perfect blooms for every occasion.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Welcome customers warmly and create a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Actively listen to customer needs and preferences to assist them to purchase flowers appropriate to their requirements.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, both in-store and over the phone.
- Communicate care instructions to ensure customers get the most out of their flowers.
- Serve customers drinks and cake in the tea room.
- Keep tables clean and tidy ready for the next customer.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organised shop floor.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
