We are a growing and supportive team with an assortment of specialisms and are looking for interesting people with ‘can do’ attitudes to join us in making huge improvements to the education sector. In this role, you will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

Running our new digital newsletter for existing, completed, and prospective clients, used to market our products and services across a variety of platforms. Including:

  • Substack
  • WordPress
  • Zoho CRM/Campaigns
  • Social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok

Working as a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, where you will:

  • Market our courses across a variety of digital platforms including social media, websites, and reseller sites.
  • Communicate with our clients to promote our products and services via social channels, CRMs, telephone, and email.
  • Use tools such as Canva and Zoho to create strong sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Be directly involved in implementing our sales and marketing strategy with the team leader.

Increase our online presence ability to reach more customers across different digital platforms:

  • Increasing our following across all social media channels and improving the amount of engagement we have with our customers.
  • Increase our company’s reputation by collecting more verified reviews using our reviews platform.

General business-related tasks required for the team:

  • Assisting with the promotion of other brands within the company.
  • Expand your knowledge of the sector by working with other team members to learn aspects of the business.

  • Develop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines
  • Plan and coordinate a marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources.
  • Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development.
  • Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project.
  • Use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines.
  • Build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media.
  • Proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and is on brand.
  • Use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification.
  • Contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services.
  • Organise offline and digital assets ensuring they are co-ordinated and legally compliant.
  • Use a website content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated content.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to support marketing activities such as project/budget planning and organisation of marketing assets.
  • Use technology and software packages to support day to day activities, e.g., stakeholder communications, development of briefs, data analysis, report writing, presentations and project management.
  • Identify and use data and technologies to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and amend campaigns to meet budget requirements including time and monetary costs.
  • Review campaigns regularly to ensure effectiveness, to optimise the results.
  • Measure and evaluate campaign delivery to identify areas for improvement.
  • Use data analysis tools to record, interpret and analyse customer or campaign data.

    • Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
    • Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
    • Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
    • Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.

    Essential qualifications

    GCSE in:

    • 5 GCSE's including English and Maths (grade (A*-C/9-4 or equivalent))
