Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Answering all phone calls
- Dealing with voicemails
- Emails
- Post, franking allocating post
- Creating letters
- Use the case management system, updating case files, opening files and inputting data
- Process of medical records
- Assisting solicitors and team
- Preparing documents for court
- General admin duties
