Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Junior Operations Administrator Apprentice. The role is to fully support the Operations/Senior Managers and Sales Team with administration duties. You will work towards a business administration level 3 qualification, with the full support of your employer and training provider.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The Operations Administrator Role is to fully support the Operations Seniors/Managers and Sales Team. The successful candidate will be trained in all areas of administration to become an integral team member. The candidate should expect to have regular interaction with outside intermediaries such as suppliers. Customers and other funders.
Responsibilities include:
- Data entry of clients / client information onto the system
- Create new proposals
- Package proposals ready for sending to funders
- Carry out relevant searches on various portal
- Raising / Checking finance documentation
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Conversing with staff in internal departments, sales staff, customers and outside intermediaries to obtain or gain additional information
- Problem solving
- Instructing funders to pay the suppliers

- Our training is all completed remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7
- You receive 20% off the job training during this apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English and maths (grade 4)
