Summary
A Level 2 Customer Service apprentice required for the UKs largest employee owned Freight Forwarder. You will be maintaining and building relationships with current and potential client/partner base in order to maximize sales opportunities at Warrant Group. Duties include accurately quoting clients/agents on potential and existing business.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

Carry out department administration responsibilities

Accurately quoting clients/agents on potential and existing business

Log any warm / cold sales leads when they become available via our global partner network and own research
