We are looking for an Apprentice Administrator / Sales / Compliance to join our successful team to oversee the process of sourcing clients and registering. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised reliable person who wants to progress within the industry.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- To oversee the process of registering candidates in line with recruitment policies and maintaining compliance of registered candidates
- Administrative-based role with resourcing
- Sourcing clients / candidate leads
- Registration leads
- Arranging interviews
- Prioritising candidates
- Campaigns
- Advising candidates
- Liaise with occupational health
- To lead internal / external audits / liaise with auditors
- To understand all areas of the business
- Utilise emails, phone calls and post as means of contact
- Market compliance
- Stock inventories

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Your training plan
- Full training will be given leading to a recognised Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard qualification
- Full on-the-job training will be delivered
- Off-the-job training will be supported by our Training Provider, Davidson Training UK Ltd
- You will also complete the Functional Skills in maths and English up to and including Level 2 (if you already do not hold the equivalent)
- Training schedule has yet to be agreed upon, further details will be made available at a later date

- Maths (grade 4-9 or A*-C)
