Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Primary responsibilities will be to:
- Record and analyse any IT incidents or requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve assigned IT related incidents
- Ensure customers are dealt with in a speedy, efficient and courteous manner
- Progress requests for new hardware and software, or equipment moves
- Build and/or configure hardware equipment
- Install and configure software to meet customer requirements
- Ensure all hardware assets are appropriately badged

Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- any subject - x 3 (grade 4+ (A-C))
- English (grade 3+ (D or above))
- Maths (grade 3+ (D or above))
