We are offering an exciting Business Administrator Apprenticeship at a small, local company specialising in the manufacturing and delivery of fresh produce. In this role, you'll gain valuable experience in business administration while supporting our technical team.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Providing general administrative support, including handling correspondence, filing, and data entry.
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings, both internally and with external partners.
- Supporting the Technical Office with food safety documentation, including the preparation and management of compliance records.
- Assisting with audits and ensuring that all food safety procedures and guidelines are up to date and accurately maintained.
- Assisting in tracking, updating, and reviewing food safety reports, certifications, and audits.
- Maintaining databases, preparing spreadsheets, and generating reports related to both business administration and food safety compliance.
- Liaising with internal teams such as production, quality assurance, and purchasing, to ensure food safety standards are upheld.
- Managing stock and inventory records, particularly for products or equipment related to food safety.
- Ensuring all work adheres to GDPR guidelines and maintaining confidentiality.
