Summary
We are offering the opportunity to work within our team providing admin support for the business. This position will allow the applicant to learn different transferable skills, including communication, business processes, data input We are a small business, and our Apprentice will be an integral part of the team.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Maintaining records
- Data input
- Updating trackers and systems
- Managing client records
- Provide support to different departments as and when required
- Managing emails
- Answer queries and calls
- Using different Microsoft systems including Excel and Word

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

We are a training provider based in Liverpool city centre. We deliver training for prison leavers and people facing multiple barriers to employment, including care leavers, veterans, and the long term unemployed.
