Summary

As Marketing Assistant SEUR (South Europe), you will support and report directly to the Regional Marketing Manager for SEUR, helping to develop and execute field marketing activities to drive and develop pipeline, support our sales and sales engineering teams in driving business opportunity and increasing our brand presence.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

You will be responsible for assisting to fly the flag for the SentinelOne name across a tier-one region (France) and tier-two region (Italy and Spain), deliver industry leading events and campaigns and provide planning, logistical and administrative support to the regional marketing manager. If successful, you should be able to show solid project management and planning skills and a basic understanding of all elements of marketing campaign production as well as proving you are able to support the logistical demands. This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, develop their skills and contribute to disruptive marketing initiatives across multiple areas of the marketing mix!

  • Assist the Regional Marketing Manager SEUR with the planning, execution, tracking and follow-up of Field Marketing campaigns.
  • Research new and creative campaign initiatives.
  • Help ensure that campaigns and projects are on track for completion.
  • Assisting with creating purchase orders, following-up on invoices with finance and suppliers, help with SalesForce and Budget “hygiene”.
  • Providing administrative support to the regional Marketing Manager as required (e.g. lead uploads, shipping to events and collateral management).
  • Assisting with managing the SEUR Marketing Calendar.
  • Event support: help with logistics and onsite event management for third party and SentinelOne owned events.
  • Working on the translation projects, website, collaterals and campaigns.
  • Help build digital marketing campaigns.

  • Collect, format and save datasets.
  • Summarise and explain gathered data.
  • Blend data sets from multiple sources and present in format appropriate to the task.
  • Manipulate and link different data sets as required.
  • Use tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns in data.
  • Apply basic statistical methods and algorithms to identify trends and patterns in data.
  • Apply cross checking techniques for identifying faults and data results for data project requirements.
  • Audit data results.
  • Demonstrate the different ways of communicating meaning from data in line with audience requirements.
  • Produce clear and consistent technical documentation using standard organisational templates.
  • Store, manage and distribute in compliance with data security standards and legislation.
  • Explain data and results to different audiences in a way that aids understanding.
  • Review own development needs.
  • Keep up to date with developments in technologies, trends and innovation using a range of sources.
  • Clean data i.e. remove duplicates, typos, duplicate entries, out of date data, parse data (e.g. format telephone numbers according to a national standard) and test and assess confidence in the data and its integrity.
  • Operate as part of a multi-functional team.
  • Prioritise within the context of a project.

    Essential qualifications

    GCSE in:

    • English (grade C/4)
    • Maths (grade C/4)
