Summary
As an Operations Assistant Apprentice, you'll report to the LDN Quality and Compliance Manager, who is responsible for the administration of a number of processes throughout LDN's training provision. You'll support the delivery team by managing internal administration whilst being flexible to meet the needs of the business.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Responsible for the administration of designated processes throughout the apprenticeship provision.
- Support the delivery team by managing the internal administration, including updating Salesforce and processing the start, progression and completion of paperwork for the learners that join LDN programmes.
- Carrying out all necessary administration when learners complete or withdraw from their programme which may include posting certificates to learners.
- Quality checking and updating Salesforce with learner information, tracking completed coaching sessions, and chasing outstanding
- Administration and preparation for functional skills workshops and exams.
- Completing the invigilation of testing.
- User Management of Learner E-portfolio system, Thinkific, including creation of learner accounts.
- Perform regular compliance audits on all learner paperwork.
- To assist and provide support during ESFA, Ofsted, and internal audits.
- Build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Delivering work in a timely manner and to deadlines.
- Maintain a logbook over the duration of the apprenticeship period, recording projects that have been undertaken and the skills learned.
- Comply with company policies and procedures on Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, and undertake relevant training to ensure competence and compliance.
- To be flexible to undertake any other duties as required.

To meet the requirements of the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship programme you will need to spend 6 hours a week of your time undertaking off-the-job learning, which will include:
- Formal training, including online learning and internal learning events
- 1-2-1s with your coach and line manager
- Observing and shadowing colleagues
- Writing up learning reflections for your portfolio

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 4-9 or A*-C)
- Maths (grade 4-9 or A*-C)
