Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
You will be supporting business administration team with the following tasks:
- Administrative Support.
- Managing communications and interaction between clients and employees through phone, email and our job management platform.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records on the job management platform.
- Database management and updating client and employee information.
- Handling enquiries via phone, email and in-person, ensuring professionalism throughout.
- Ordering and dealing with suppliers via email and phone.

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
