This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Apprenticeship programme. In partnership with our training provider - Learning Curve - the programme offers you a chance to study for a Housing Level 2 nationally recognised qualification, all whilst gaining practical work experience.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
As a Housing Apprentice you will be working within the Housing team alongside our Housing Officers, carrying out a series of front-line rotational placements where you will have the opportunity to learn about topics such as housing management, compliance checks, property letting, income and estate management.

Housing Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:
The successful candidate will undertake a nationally recognised qualification through Learning Curve.
You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification.
You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of programme will be assessed via an external assessment body.

You will be taught through:
A 1-2-1 session every 4-6 weeks with your tutor 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training. The course is a fully remote 12 month long programme.
