Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our already outstanding Nursery Team. The apprentice covers all aspects of working with children. You will work closely with our members of staff and our training provider to be able to obtain the qualification.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Working with children to help them develop
- Understanding of children’s physical, social, intellectual and emotional development
- Liaising with parents to understand specific children’s needs
- Planning, learning and experiencing all 7 areas of learning

Your training plan
- Training will be a mixture of both on the job learning and working closely with our training provider on site
- The qualification is for a NVQ level 3 Early Years Educator which will allow you to become a fully qualified early years practitioner
- The training will be on and off the job learning and will take place over the minimum period of one year
- Functional skills in maths and English if required and a Paediatric First Aid qualification

BTEC or equivalent in:
- Maths and English (grade pass)
