Summary
We are looking for a business admin apprentice to join our team. Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, fantastic customer service and communication skills are very important to be a success in this role. You will be completing your Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship with Woodspeen Training.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The apprentice will be doing the following tasks:
- Providing office support to both customers and employees
- Answering emails and messages
- Use of bespoke software
- Data entry
- Speaking with customers/ clients via telephone
- Using postal/courier sites
- Social media
- Adding to and managing spreadsheets
- Filing & Scanning
- Photocopying & archiving
- Supporting with line manager with additional admin support
