Summary
Are you a quick learner, reliable and looking to learn new skills? This is an exciting 18-month apprenticeship position where you will join our experienced Navigation Centre team who provide information, advice and guidance to our clients, enabling them to access the support they need and improve their wellbeing.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work

- Develop confidence in communicating with clients, families and social care professionals by phone and email
