Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
An opportunity has arisen for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our firm. The candidate will undertake a variety of duties and there will be a possibility of flexible working hours.
A successful candidate must be self motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Work without supervision or as a team - Strong English (Spoken and written) essential with a professional approach to clients.
Duties will include:
- Meeting & greeting clients
- Making & receiving phone calls
- High level of attention to detail
- Managing Electronic Diary system
- Making appointments in person, by telephone and email
- Accurate data entry onto a variety of systems/spreadsheets

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- English and Maths (grade 3/D or above)
