Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Assisting the staff with day-to-day bookkeeping, administration, learning payroll, accounts and tax. Reporting to senior members of staff and ultimately the director, who is very involved with training. Candidates will learn from the existing team, and in time be given a portfolio of clients to maintain and develop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist staff with daily bookkeeping tasks.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
- Learn and assist with payroll, accounts, and tax processes.
- Report to senior staff members and the director.
- Participate in training sessions and learn from the existing team.
- Gradually take on a portfolio of clients to maintain and develop.
