Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
As an apprentice at 4DegreesC Ltd, you'll have a varied and engaging role. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Customer Interaction: Handling customer calls and emails, addressing queries, and taking orders. You'll be the first point of contact, representing our company's commitment to excellent customer service
- Data Entry and Order Processing: Using our computer systems to input customer orders and process credits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Procurement Assistance: Collaborating with the Procurement department, you'll deal with supplier pricelists, product specifications, and supplier accreditation, gaining insight into the supply chain management
- Transport Department Support: Assisting with vehicle administration, contributing to the smooth operation of our delivery fleet
- Accounts Coordination: Working alongside the Accounts team, you'll be involved in managing financial transactions, both incoming and outgoing, with suppliers and customers
