An exciting opportunity has become available at our Walsall office for an Apprentice Office Assistant to join our Facilities team. This is a fantastic role for the right individual to kick start their career working for a reputable law firm who are passionate about investing in their staff, whilst completing a level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Daily duties will include the following:
- Processing incoming and outgoing post for the various departments within the firm
- Assisting with reception cover which will involve answering telephone enquiries and greeting clients as they come for appointments
- Generally assisting the various departments and assisting with the smooth running of the Walsall office
- Ensuring the office is well stocked with various items including stationary and kitchen items
- Studying alongside working. This will involve attending college once a week for lessons and also completing the necessary coursework
- Calendar and email inbox management
- General administrative duties - copying, scanning, and filing
- Providing occasional cover for our other offices located in Cannock and Sutton Coldfield
- Supporting the Facilities team and wider operations team
