Summary
We are a leading independent lift service provider; installing and maintaining all types of passenger and goods lifts, mobility equipment, escalators, loading bay doors, dock levellers and scissor lifts. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Administration Apprentice to join our team at our South West Regional Office in Bristol.

Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break and Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Develop and maintain effective external and internal customer relationships
- Provide effective assistance via email and phone to engineers and customers
- Learn to process queries and interact with stakeholders
- Answering incoming calls
- Responding to customer emails
- Data entry and log calls
- Maintain the in-house service Management system
- Undertake general office duties as directed
