Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Conducting market research, utilising sales techniques to initiate relationships with prospective clients, identifying client recruitment needs and fulfilling them in accordance to X4s Recruitment lifecycle.
- Establishes an active LinkedIn presence by sharing valuable X4 content, as an effort to establish client and candidate engagement streams, to strengthen market presence.
- Committed to achieving X4s business development objectives, demonstrating skill to manage client calls independently and retrieve necessary information to strengthen relationship.
- Commitment to action and understand the importance over the phone / meeting based relationships with daily business development phone calls.
- Leverages business development outreach calls, as the key method for forming and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrates ability to manage client calls independently and retrieve necessary information to strengthen relationship.
- Manages time effectively, by completing day-to-day tasks (KPIs) within deadlines.

- The apprentice will attend workshops on campus in London and attend regular online sessions from the University
- Within the company there is several training programmes such as the 'Empower Programme' for trainees
- The company provides 40+ upskilling sessions as well as classroom training, at desk coaching and independent work.
